- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
💵 2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
To ensure smooth operations and avoid misuse:
- COD orders are confirmed via SMS or phone call before processing
- If a customer fails to respond to verification, the order may be automatically cancelled
- We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if:
- The order appears suspicious or high-risk
- Customer has a history of repeated cancellations or refusals
🚫 3. Refusal of Delivery
- If a customer refuses to accept a COD order at delivery, it will be marked as a failed delivery
- Repeated refusals may result in:
- Restriction or blocking of COD service
- Allowing only prepaid orders for future purchases
🔁 4. Cancellation by PrimeCartel.co.in
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, prepaid orders will receive a full refund.
💳 5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- COD Orders: No refund applicable as no payment is collected in advance
📦 6. Important Notes
- Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch only
- Once shipped, orders fall under the Return & Refund Policy
- Customers are encouraged to double-check order details before placing COD orders
